Update of the Activities of the Gem State Association of Neonatal Nurses ( GSANN)
Programs: On Monday, November 7th , Dr Charlene Crichton spoke to us about "Neonatal Seizures: Diagnosis & Treatment." Handouts are available. We had an excellent turnout of 20 people. The program was viewed at Wood River as well.
Future Program: Dr Scott Snyder is interested in presenting his research and information about neonatal sepsis in the Spring.
Christmas Party: The group was invited to Sue Norris’s home for a relaxing dinner on December 12th to celebrate our year’s efforts. Thank you to those who contributed their delicious dishes! It was a good time!
Holiday Raffle Baskets: GSANN earned $360.00 through our second fund raising raffle. Great job to all who generously donated items and sold tickets! Thank you! We will meet in January to discuss a formal plan to design the raffle early so that we can increase our success and involve more members.
