Minutes from October were reviewed and accepted
Treasure’s Report: Cheri Beaumont reported there was $807.00 in the account. The Christmas raffle raised 360.00. Cheri is working on the taxes need to be filed. Sue Drozda’s husband is an account and lawyer and would advise GSANN regarding the tax laws. A Chapter report by Sue is to be filed by Feb 15th, 2006.
Membership: Christine reported that currently GSANN has 20 paid members. Christine and Cheri Beaumont to compile a membership list and contact members that in need of renewal.
Quarterly meeting will be held for officers and committee chairpersons.

Communication: Tony Broderick reported monthly minutes and future programs will be posted on the web site. Tony the computer program for the web site will train Sue Cheeseman and Sue Norris.
Legislative Report: Sue Norris attended a legislative session regarding the early intervention program for Idaho. See her for details. Many programs about early intervention

Tony suggested contacting the Community Education/Spotlight on Local TV station to publicize GSANN fundraising opportunities. Sue Norris offered to provide sample letters for soliciting for support from outside vendors.
New Business: Sue Norris introduced the idea of putting together a GSANN team to participate in the March of Dimes walk. The walk is to take place on April 22nd.
Sue Norris volunteered to investigate the idea of having a snack bar in the break room. The snack bar would be serviced by GSANN and would serve a means of fundraising.
Nurses Week is May 6-12th it was suggested the group start to consider possible nominees . The deadline for submission to the Director will be mid-March.
March of Dimes Nursing Nominations
The March of Dimes hold a dinner banquet and Tony Broderick introduced the idea of sponsor a basket/arrangement on a table as a way of promoting GSANN.
